Learn how to make homemade croissants that will rival any French bakery's in this easy-to-follow class!

Imagine stepping into a French bakery early in the morning, when the baker has just opened the doors to their shop. The scent of butter, yeast, and sugar immediately permeate the air and you find yourself drawn to the tantalizing display of warm breads and pastries.

You watch a few delicate flakes of a fresh croissant break off as the woman behind the counter places one in a paper bag for you, and you wonder, is there anything better in the world than a freshly baked French croissant?

I don’t think so! With a hot café crème in one hand and a mouthwatering croissant in the other, there are few things in life that can compete with this little bit of heaven on earth.

It’s just a shame that you can’t experience these heavenly pastries at home, right?

Or can you…?

Oh yes, you can! And I'll show you exactly how - join me on this virtual trip to Paris!

In this easy-to-follow online class, which I have fondly referred to as a “virtual trip to Paris,” I’ll walk you step-by-step through the process of making homemade croissants.

Do you feel intimidated by the idea of making croissants from scratch? Because you shouldn’t! I’ll be walking you through every part of this no-fail recipe, showing you exactly what to look for and what to expect.

By the time we’re done, you’ll have gorgeous, golden croissants that’ll transport you to that busy corner cafe or boulangerie that you love in Paris!

You’ll be able to experience the blissful delight of a perfectly flaky, French croissant right at home, without ever leaving your kitchen.

And if you’re thinking you need to be a pastry chef to turn out some gorgeous croissants – you’re wrong! You don’t need any experience to take this class!

Don’t believe me? I’ve taught hundreds of students how to make croissants at home from their very own kitchens.

Just look at what past students have said and the results they’ve had…many of them have never made a croissant before in their life!

Join now and bring a piece of Paris home!

Croissants can be a labor of love, but they can also provide an incredible sense of accomplishment and pride.

There’s something so satisfying about seeing the dough go from a ball of flour to golden, layered, buttery pastries. And to witness that in your own kitchen can make you feel like a total baking boss!

As a French culinary instructor, I’ve had the pleasure of seeing people from all over the world try their hands at making croissants, and I can’t help but feel proud of each and every student.

The enthusiasm, curiosity, and satisfaction that each student ultimately experiences after going through this easy-to-follow class is the reason I even started teaching French food online…

About the Instructor

After a trip to Paris in 2010, Beeta Hashempour became head-over-heels in love with France and French food. In fact, it was about halfway through eating a flaky croissant on the Boulevard Saint-Germain that Beeta decided she needed to share this blissful experience with the rest of the world.

When she arrived back home in California, she decided to dedicate her time to recipe-testing and perfecting as many French recipes as she could. After successfully recreating and simplifying a multitude of French recipes, Beeta established the popular French food blog MonPetitFour.com, voted as the number one French food blog several years in a row.

In addition, she hosted culinary workshops in her California home, teaching others how to make popular French breads and pastries, including baguettes, croissants, macarons, and more. Today, Beeta lives in the heart of Paris, sharing her love for French food and teaching through virtual French recipe classes at FrenchBakingClass.com and inside of her membership community EverydayFrance.com.
